Strong winds, possible tornado flips RVs in Florida

Several RVs and campers were blown over at an RV park in Cocoa as the winds from Hurricane Debby crossed Central Florida. It's unclear if the damage was caused by a tornado or by strong wind gusts. Brevard County was under a brief tornado warning. However, a tornado has not been confirmed.
