Hurricane Debby made landfall near Steinhatchee, Florida, as a Category 1 storm, according to the National Hurricane Center. Air Force Hurricane Hunters and radar from Tallahassee show that Debby hit land around 7 a.m. EDT with sustained winds of 80 mph.
