Palm Bay teen shot in head now out of the ICU

A Palm Bay teen is making a remarkable recovery after he was shot in the head by his uncle. The teen is out of the ICU and now making eye contact and going through therapy to move his limbs. His aunt, grandpa, and grandma were all killed.
