Kissimmee Target shooting: No charges for deputies

There are new developments in a 2022 deputy-involved shooting outside a Target store in Kissimmee that left one man dead and three other men hurt. The deputies will not be charged in the incident, according to State Attorney Andrew A. Bain, based on the recommendations of a grand jury that convened late last year.
