Sanford police: Teen killed in targeted shooting

A teenager has died after being shot by two people in a "targeted" attack at a Seminole County apartment complex Sunday evening, authorities said. A spokesperson for the Sanford Police Department identified the teen killed as 16-year-old Jamarcus Parker. The incident happened at the Stratford Point Apartments located on Old England Loop.
