Woman shot, killed by husband: Police

The Daytona Beach Police Department has charged a man with first-degree murder after he allegedly shot, before turning the gun on himself. Shantell Adkins, 35, is accused of shooting his wife, Shawntai in the midst of an argument on Thursday. Shortly before 6:40 p.m. on Thursday, officers were called to a home on Fulton Street for a shooting.
