Man accused of sexually battering 6-year-old

Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez held a press conference Friday afternoon regarding a lewd and lascivious incident involving a minor that occurred September 5. Investigators said a 6-year-old girl was sexually battered by a 56-year-old man on multiple occasions. He was arrested on capital sexual battery charges, lewd and lascivious molestation and showing obscene material to a minor.
