Sudden fish kill in Indian River Lagoon

Hundreds of dead fish are washing ashore from the Indian River Lagoon. Homeowners on Rocky Point Road thought they were seeing paper or cups out in the water early Wednesday morning. They quickly realized it wasn’t trash but instead dead animals floating in the water. They’re worried and want to know what killed the fish that are starting to spoil and leave behind a stench.
