NHC tracking two disturbances in the Atlantic

The National Hurricane Center is tracking two disturbances in the Atlantic Ocean. Both have low chances of development right now, but one of them could be headed along the eastern coast of Florida. FOX 35 meteorologist Ian Cassette takes a look at the tropics.
