Lawyer: Footage shows neighbor has 'depraved' mind

A lawyer representing the family of Ajike "AJ" Owens, a mother who was allegedly shot and killed by her neighbor amid an apparent dispute, said recently released bodycam video is evident that Susan Lorincz, should be charged with second-degree murder. Prosecutors charged Lorincz with manslaughter.
