New disturbance forms in the Atlantic Ocean

Days after Tropical Storm Arlene weakened to a remnant low in the Gulf of Mexico -- marking the first named storm of the 2023 hurricane season -- a new disturbance has formed in the Atlantic and is being monitored by the National Hurricane Center.
