Stranded in apartment after lightning strike

An elderly couple is trapped inside their Clermont, Florida apartment because the elevator is out. It stopped working three weeks ago following a lightning strike, and it is still not fixed to get out. The couple would have to go down four flights of stairs which is proving difficult.
