Florida sheriff who has been hit twice by cars while riding bike shares safety reminders

May is National Bicycle Safety Month. Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood, who has been hit twice by vehicles over the years while riding his bike, is sharing safety reminders with drivers to keep other bicyclists safe.
