Police: 17-year-old neighbor stabbed 16-year-old girl to death at Kissimmee apartment complex

A 16-year-old girl who was stabbed to death is being remembered as a kind and caring person. A 17-year-old who lives in the same apartment complex has been arrested in her murder.
