Florida waste truck driver rescues boy from storm drain

A waste truck driver in Tampa is being honored for rescuing a two-year-old boy from a storm drain. The boy's family said they are extremely grateful for his action. Jamal Powell said he was just doing his job as a city worker and a parent.
