Texas Gov.: Alleged school shooter bought rifles days before attack

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said the alleged gunman who killed 19 students and two teachers at an elementary school before being shot and killed by law enforcement bought two guns days before the attack, and days after his 18th birthday. A motive for the shooting still remains unknown.
