Sheriff: Juvenile justice system 'boggle my mind'

More teenagers are in trouble in Volusia County. Two teens are accused of pulling out a gun at a skating rink in DeLand. It's a story that Volusia Sheriff Mike Chitwood says he is tired of hearing.
