Woman confronts boys fishing, points long gun at them

Two boys fishing near a pond had a major scare recently. A woman armed with a long gun allegedly came up to them, pointed the gun at them, and ordered them onto the ground, the boy told FOX 35. The woman claimed they were trespassing. Records show the boys were 30 feet from her property. The boy told FOX 35 that the woman threatened to blow their heads off multiple times. That woman was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and false imprisonment. She has since bonded out of jail, records show.

Mom, boyfriend charged in boy's child abuse death skip court

Kimberly Mills and her boyfriend, Andre Walker, the two people accused of torturing 10-year-old Xavier Williams, who died last week after weeks in the hospital, were expected to be in court this morning. Mills and Walker did not happen, but the boy's aunt showed up. Both have been charged with second-degree murder in the boy's death. The boy's mother allegedly tied the boy to a ladder with tape and dropped a weight on his chest, repeatedly. Mills pleaded not guilty. Walker has not entered a plea, according to online records.
