A gunman who opened fire minutes after a high school graduation in Richmond, Virginia, targeted an 18-year-old graduate he had a long-running dispute with, police said Wednesday.

A judge is expected to rule Wednesday whether to allow the parents of the victims to be heard at the June 8 hearing.

"It was the day the unthinkable happened."

Authorities released the identities of the four people killed and said at least 15 others were shot and hospitalized.
