Dog food recalled over salmonella concerns: FDA

Heads up, pet owners: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) this week announced a dog food recall over concerns that a product may be contaminated with salmonella.

Roughly 87 hand sanitizers have tested positive for methanol, a substance often used to create fuel and antifreeze that can be poisonous if absorbed through the skin and potentially fatal if ingested, according to the FDA's latest update. 

Volvo Cars recalls nearly 2.1 million cars worldwide

Volvo Cars says it is recalling nearly 2.1 million vehicles worldwide as a preventive measure after the company discovered that a steel wire connected to the front seat belts can be weakened.
