Woman found dead in Ocoee home

OCOEE, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Ocoee Police say at around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, officers responded to a home on West Franklin Street after getting a call about an unresponsive female inside.

That woman was taken to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

Officers blocked off part of the street, the entire home and backyard, as crime scene investigators worked for hours to collect evidence.

Police are not releasing the circumstances around the woman's death or who she is, but investigators say her death was suspicious.
