Wild Florida getting new safari park

Wild Florida, a wildlife attraction in Osceola County, is getting even wilder.

Community leaders and media gathered at the attraction near Kenansville, where park officials announced a 75-acre expansion, which includes a drive-through safari park and a zip line through Florida cypress trees.

"A lot of people are happy seeing animals on the Internet and watching them on TV, but there's something missing and want something more," said Sam Haught, co-owner and founder.  "This is our opportunity to provide something where they can have a close-up encounter, something unforgettable that makes a connection with those animals."

Wild Florida also announced they will adding a new retail store.
