Volusia County road rage shooting suspect at large, troopers say

Troopers are working to identify and locate the suspect in an alleged road rage incident that ended with five bullet holes in another car. 

The shooting was reported just after 9 p.m. on Monday in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 4 between mile markers 105 and 108 in Deltona, according to Florida Highway Patrol. 

The victim, a 62-year-old man, noticed his car had been shot at several times after he pulled over into a nearby gas station, troopers said. Five bullet holes were discovered on the back right area of his car. The victim was not injured in this incident.

Troopers learned that a dark-colored sedan was involved in a road rage incident with the man. He was described as a Hispanic male in his mid- to late-20s with longer, curly and black hair.
