COCOA BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - UPDATE: Authorities in Brevard County safely located the missing child.
According to police, Thor Killgren, 1, was last seen near 1600 block of Vagabond Street in Cocoa Beach.
Police believed Thor may be in the company of Rosiemie Porter.
