Theme park expert Seth Kubersky said that these jobs can also lead to better opportunities at Universal Orlando, telling "for some people, including me, the fall seasonal is how they got their foot in the door at Universal, and I turned that into a multi-year career, and there's plenty of other people who start seasonal and go full time."
