Hurricane Milton is expected to make landfall on Florida's Gulf Coast this week. Here is the latest information and updates people in Flagler County need to know.

Flagler County Evacuations

Flagler County will issue a mandatory evacuation order at 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Flagler County Curfew

Curfew is in effect from 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, and 7:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 10.

Opens at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 10

  • Rymfire Elementary School, 1425 Rymfire Drive, Palm Coast.
  • Serve general population, special needs, and pets

Flagler County Sandbags

As Milton nears, County sandbag locations have already closed.

Flagler County School Closings

  • Flagler Schools and offices will be closed Wednesday - Friday, Oct. 9-11.
  • All activities will be canceled from Wednesday, October 9 through Thursday, October 10.
  • School is open on Tuesday, Oct. 8. Outdoor after-school activities are closed.
