Third sinkhole opens up on Apopka street in less than two weeks

APOPKA, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - The City of Apopka has confirmed that a third sinkhole has opened up on Spinning Wheel Drive in the Rock Springs Ridge subdivision.

This sinkhole is 15 feet across and about 10 to 12 feet deep.

This is the third sinkhole to open on this street in less than two weeks.

The first one opened up on September 19th and was 25 feet across and 5 feet deep.

The second sinkhole opened up on September 21st and was 30 feet across and 30 feet deep.
