SEBRING, Fla. (FOX 13) - Five months after a Highlands County woman was found dead in Tampa, deputies have identified a suspect in her murder.
According to the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office, forensic evidence linked Gary Tyrone Danielle to the October murder of 28-year-old Sebring resident Laura Pietscher. She was last seen alive in Sebring and went to Tampa with Danielle.
Pietscher’s body was found behind a dumpster on 15th Street North in Tampa on October 19.
Danielle, 48, is now wanted for the murder and is being sought by both the U.S. Marshals Service and Highlands County deputies. They say he may be in the Highlands County area.
