Suspect shoved clerk to the ground during robbery
LAKELAND, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - The Polk County Sheriff's Office released surveillance video of a convenience store clerk being pushed to the ground by a robbery suspect in Lakeland.
Deputies say the suspect walked into a Circle K, located on Galloway Road, just before 2 a.m. on Monday.
They say he walked up to the 77-year-old female employee, shoved her to the ground and then bent over and put a knife in her face.
Deputies say he then grabbed a handful of coins, before shoving the employee again.
