SpaceX launches Starlink satellites from Florida on Falcon 9 rocket on New Year's Eve
MERRITT ISLAND, Fla. - SpaceX launched another batch of Starlink satellites, including 13 with Direct to Cell capabilities, on a Falcon 9 rocket on Tuesday.
The launch occurred at 12:39 a.m. ET from Kennedy Space Center in Florida and represented the 16th flight for the rocket's first stage, which has previously been used for several missions.
After the rocket’s first stage separates, it was expected to land on a drone ship in the Atlantic Ocean.
