ORLANDO -- Southwest flight 6584 made an emergency landing Wednesday night at Orlando International Airport.  The flight took off from Fort Lauderdale and was bound for Nashville.  A Southwest spokeswoman tells FOX 35 the plane landed safely in Orlando after one of the windshields cracked.

37 passengers and five crew members were on board.  They were put on a different aircraft and arrived in Nashville about an hour and 20 minutes behind schedule.

The airline could not confirm what caused the windshield to crack.
