Security guard arrested for bringing firearm onto UF campus
GAINESVILLE, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The Alachua County Sheriff's Office confirmed via Twitter that an armed security guard was arrested on the University of Florida campus.
He reportedly had a firearm on campus, which is against Florida Statue.
The man was identified as Sean Brijmohan, a 28-year-old from Orlando, Florida.
He was charged with Carrying Firearm on School Property.
The arrest occurred in the hours leading up to White Nationalist's Richard Spencer's speech at a venue on campus.
