BREVARD COUNTY, Fl - Students have been released following a lockdown at Rockledge High School on Friday afternoon.

According to an update from Brevard County Schools, all students are safe and the lockdown was lifted around 2:40 p.m.

It is not yet known what prompted the lockdown.
