Police in Clearwater have identified a woman torching a car in Clearwater last week, and say she thought it was her ex-boyfriend's.

Carmen Chamblee, 19, was seen on surveillance video setting fire to a Honda Accord. Police say she started the fire in the vehicle's trunk, which is seen on video bursting into flames.

Chamblee told detectives she thought it was her ex-boyfriend's car, but it was the wrong car, police say.

She was arrested and charged with second-degree arson.
