LAKE MARY, Fla. - Police are investigating a shooting that happened at an apartment complex in Lake Mary over the weekend.
The incident happened just before 7 p.m. on Saturday at The Fairways at Lake Mary, according to the Lake Mary Police Department. The apartment complex is located at 700 Oakland Hills Circle.
On Monday, a juvenile suspect was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm on a residential property, discharging a firearm from a vehicle, and possession of a firearm by a minor under 18, police said.
Officials said there may be pending charges against others potentially involved.
This was an isolated event and there is no apparent threat to the community.
