People can now register with the city to rent their rooms

ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - People interested in renting their rooms out can now register with the City of Orlando.

The city is changing its code from earlier this year, making short term rentals like Airbnb legal -- that is if the owners follow certain rules.

For instance, they must be in the home while its being rented out and they can only have a single booking at a time.
