Palm Bay firefighter rescues kitten from storm drain
PALM BAY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The Palm Bay Police and Fire Departments posted on Facebook that a member of the Palm Bay Fire Department rescued a kitten from a storm drain.
The kitten was inside the storm drain in front of the old Radio Shack on Babcock Street.
Firefighter Theresa Acker retrieved the kitten from the storm drain.
The firefighters have nicknamed the kitten "Stormy" and have taken Stormy to the Brevard County Animal Shelter on Sarno Road.
If the owner does not claim Stormy, the kitten will be put up for adoption. Anyone interested should reference the number: #A745272.
