Palm Bay Arson suspect arrested

A man accused of setting fire to a business in Palm Bay has been arrested.

Police say John Tapley burgarized the Magical Hands Auto on July 3. They say he ended up stealing a vehicle from there and setting fire to the building.

Tapley was picked up at a Walmart for a Failure to Appear warrant. Detectives interviewed and charged him.

He's facing charges of Burglary, Grand Theft Auto, and Arson.
