ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - The City of Orlando will celebrate its 142nd birthday by raising a new flag today.
The new flag design will debut. The flag includes a representation of the Lake Eola fountain.
The ceremony starts at 1 p.m. in front of City Hall.
Mayor Buddy Dyer is expected to attend.
