Orange County teachers and the school district have reached a deal.
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - The Orange County school district and its teachers have reached a deal.
The two parties have agreed on a new contract after months of going back and forth.
The deal includes an average raise of more than 5 percent for teachers. It also includes more planning time.
The new deal will hold through 2020.
