ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Duke Energy customers will see an increase in their bills starting next year.
The Orlando Sentinel reported that Duke is putting a total of six new generators online. They cost $1.5 billion to build. Customers can expect an average price increase of around $6 a month.
Duke Energy provides electricity to over 650,000 customers in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Volusia counties.
