A person of interest in the case of an Orlando woman who was missing and later found dead has been located.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office confirmed Saturday morning, Christain Penchi was arrested in Puerto Rico on a warrant for first degree murder.
Penchi was wanted for questioning after the body of Vanessa Cocly was found early Friday morning at his condo on South Orange Blossom Trail. Detectives say Penchi and Cocly had been in an on again/off again relationship.
Cocly was first reported missing on March 31 after not showing up for work. Penchi was arrested in Puerto Rico and will be extradited back to Central Florida on murder charges. Penchi is also being charged with grand theft in an unrelated case.
