McKenzie Milton returns to UCF as quarterbacks coach

McKenzie Milton, one of UCF’s most celebrated football players, is returning to Orlando as the Knights’ quarterbacks coach, head coach Scott Frost announced Tuesday.

ORLANDO, Fla. - McKenzie Milton, one of UCF’s most celebrated football players, is returning to Orlando as the Knights’ quarterbacks coach, head coach Scott Frost announced Tuesday.

Milton, who starred for UCF during Frost's first stint with the program, earned two AAC Offensive Player of the Year awards and led the Knights to back-to-back conference titles and New Year’s Six Bowl appearances. As UCF’s quarterback, he posted a 27-6 record as a starter and etched his name in the program’s history books.

"I’m beyond excited to be back in Orlando and part of the UCF family once again," Milton said. "UCF holds such a special place in my heart, and to return as quarterbacks coach is truly an honor. I couldn’t be more thrilled to work alongside Coach Frost, who has been such a pivotal figure in my career. I can’t wait to help develop the next generation of Knights and build on the incredible tradition of success we’ve established here."
