BITHLO, Fla - A man was hit and killed by a car at East Colonial Drive and 3rd Street in Orange County. The victim was walking on the median, went into the road and apparently the driver couldn't avoid him. Florida Highway Patrol is waiting to release the name of the man until family is notified.
