Man shot and killed outside abandoned Orlando home
A man was found dead in the driveway of an abandoned home in Orlando Thursday morning.
ORLANDO, Fla. - Deputies are investigating after a man was found shot and killed in an Orlando neighborhood Thursday morning.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office said its deputies responded to Rio Lane for a man down shortly before 8:30 a.m., and when they arrived, they found the man – who had been shot – lying in the driveway of an abandoned home.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies have identified the man killed as 26-year-old Anthony McCall Nixon.
Investigators said they do not have information regarding a suspect at this time.
