DELTONA, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - A Deltona man is facing charges after deputies say that he aimed a laser pointer at a helicopter.
The man, identified as Michael Vancura, was arrested after admitting to shining the laser at the helicopter.
He says that he did know it was against the law to point the laser at a helicopter.
