Lake County Sheriff asking for public's help identifying armed robbery suspect
ORLANDO, Fla. - The Lake County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help identifying the suspect involved in an armed robbery on Wednesday afternoon.
What we know:
The robbery, which took place at a 7-11 store in Eustis, happened around 1:30 p.m.
Security footage showed the robber demanding money from the register while holding the clerk at gunpoint.
The police report describes the robber as a black male, approximately 6 feet tall with a slender build. He was dressed in all black with a black face mask.
What we don't know:
The identity of the robber is still unknown, and the incident is still under investigation.
Officials are asking anyone with information regarding the identity of the individual or information regarding the incident to contact the Lake County Sheriff's Office or Crimeline.
