Kai and Donald Trump
Kai has hit the campaign trail previously with her grandfather, sharing photos on Instagram on June 17 with Trump when he visited a church in Detroit to participate in a roundtable with Black voters.
"Thank you Detroit!" she said, and shared several photos of her family from the day that included her grandfather, her father and one of her brothers, Donald John III.
