Hiking trail in Brazil becomes underwater paradise after rains
JARDIM, Brazil (APTN) - A Brazilian hiking trail turned into an underwater paradise after heavy rains flooded the Rio da la Prata reserve.
After heavy rains pounded the region, the paths were submerged in crystal-clear fresh water, allowing fish and snorkelers to take a swim in areas usually only walked upon.
A bridge on the path and the surrounding area looked like an underwater paradise from the view of a waterproof camera.
The water level of the nearby river rose 10 feet during the heavy rains.
The trail was flooded twice in February 2018. The water disappeared within 2 days in both cases.
