Thursday morning showers are possible across the Orlando area. Most afternoon and early evening showers are expected to hover along the beaches.
A mid-level disturbance is set to graze the east coast of Central Florida on Thursday, leading to multiple rounds of heavy rain. With dangerously hot temperatures likely again on Thursday, be sure to stay hydrated and take plenty of breaks in the air conditioning.
The Orlando area could experience a round of morning showers. A few late-afternoon and evening showers and storms will also be possible along the Atlantic Coast. Torrential and heavy rainfall, plus a few waterspouts, will likely be possible.
TROPICS: The NHC has designated a "10% chance" for the development of a non-tropical area of low pressure that will develop tomorrow just off the east coast of Florida. There's a very small chance it could become a tropical depression.
